旅行をしたら、ほとんどの人が写真を撮ると思います。
『 Travel Photographer of the Year (TPOTY) Awards 』は2003年から開催されている、そんな旅行写真の国際的なコンテストです。
2009年の受賞作品が発表されました。Travel Photographer of the Year 2009 賞 入選作品

賞へは、プロ・アマ問わず、年齢制限もなく誰でも参加出来ます。受賞者には、海外旅行、最新の写真機材、写真撮影授業などが副賞として送られるそうです。
また、２年に一度『 Journey 』という写真集が発刊され、そこに掲載されるそうです。
2010年の締め切りは9月頃だそうです。
